Kinova Studio is a video generation platform that allows users to create videos with AI-generated characters and content. We provide tools to turn ideas into ready-to-post videos without filming or traditional editing.
By joining our waitlist, you express interest in early access to our platform. Waitlist registration does not guarantee access to the Service. We reserve the right to grant access at our discretion and may prioritize users based on various criteria.
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated using our AI tools is subject to the limitations of AI technology. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring the content meets your needs and complies with applicable laws before publishing or distributing it.
Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of paid features. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change our fees at any time. We will provide you with reasonable notice of any fee changes, and you will have the opportunity to cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
We may offer free credits to new users. Free credits are limited to one per user and may not be combined with other offers. We reserve the right to determine eligibility for free credits. Credits are non-transferable and expire according to the terms specified when granted.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity. Termination may result in the forfeiture of any remaining credits or subscription time.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or quality of content generated by our AI tools.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KINOVA STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kinova Studio and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kinova Studio operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
